Super close to so many attractions like Bourbon Street and the aquarium! The room was comfy, and the staff from housekeeping to the entrance were really nice. parking was safe in the nearby garage. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming during the week though, kinda lacking in options.

the hotel was super clean, and the location was great – close to french quarters and cbd along the canal. got some great local tips from malcolm - the super helpful and cheerful porter. and the free breakfast with bespoke omelettes was a game-changer!

Wow, our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the French Quarter and other attractions. We loved the continental breakfast, which was a great way to start our day of exploring. The hotel's close proximity to shops and restaurants made it even more convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
One small downside was that the rooms with whirlpools lacked windows, with only mirrors behind the curtains. Also, the whirlpools were more like regular tubs with a few jets.

stayed at best western in a beautiful room, clean and nicely updated, great breakfast, and very friendly and helpful staff, especially the front office, breakfast. the location is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby and within walking distance of all attractions.

My partner and I had a wonderful time. The front desk was very helpful during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I'll recommend this hotel.

Great location near Bourbon St, Harrah's Casino, and ferry to Algier's Point. Comfortable bed, variety of breakfast offerings, friendly staff.
Felt well taken care of, nothing to complain about.
